I'm a Realtor and my business is limited to representing buyers of single family homes in the Tucson Foothills.
But I don't really do sales. I help people learn about and understand the foothills market, and about what's good and why and what they may want to avoid. I help them make informed choices.
And of course my blog is also focused on the single family home market in the Tucson Foothills. I observe, track and report on the state of the market as I see it. Good, bad and otherwise.
I regularly post articles about home sales, prices and market conditions. I also cover different Foothills communities, home styles, trends and new developments as they occur.
