Though I haven't seen it in person, from what I can see, and at $168/sf in Skyline Belair on an .80 acre lot, it might be a steal.
It looks as if they've done a major renovation

 

The particulars- 3558 sf, 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths, 2 story, 3 car garage. The listing also says " This house was completely redone in 07, effective yr built by pima county of 95. All new mechanical, plumbing, electric, pool re-plastered and new equipment."

I'd say it's definitely worth a look.

I saw this home back when it was listed @ 900K-ish. Great deal now. Great lot and location too. Minor details need to be changed (all the doors are pretty junky inside) but the kitchen is great, yard has a ton of potential. Will be a great deal for someone.
