Kicking off the new year, this new spec home in the Tucson Foothills just showed up as under contract, and I'll bet someone's breathing a big sigh of relief,
because it's been on the market about 900 days. Albeit for about a third of that time it was first a hole in the ground, and then under construction. But still.
When first listed it was priced at $1,775,000, and after um-teen price cuts over two years it recently settled at $1,375,000.
