This might do it. It's a 10,529 sq ft new spec home that popped up today as a new listing, though it's actually a re-listing of this humongous home. 
And if you're looking for bigger yet, there are just a few that are slightly larger, but none of them spec homes

and none with an indoor full-size olympic pool, all for $1,950,000

I don't envy the listing agent having to turn on all the lights each time there's a showing. And then turn them off again.

But then again, how many showings do you get for a 10,000 sq ft house these days, outside of Beverly Hills and Greenwich, Ct.
