Well, between the homes that have been on the market, and the new listings in the last couple of weeks, there are now 26 homes for sale in Pima Canyon, 11 of which are spec homes.
And in the what's happening department, the answer is, not much. There have been just 2 sales in Pima Canyon in the last 6 months - and nothing under contract at the moment. So you'd think that at least some of these owners would be itching for a deal.
UPDATE- The owner of 1813 E Sahuaro Blossom Pl in Pima Canyon is apparently NOT one of those owners itching for a deal - this afternoon they raised the price from $2,700,000 to $2,788,000.
An interesting strategy, especially when you consider that it's been on the market since March of 06 with nary a taker.
