listed for $1,590,000 in early February, 4130 E La Paloma Dr is, after today’s $175,000 cut, down to asking $1,000,000 ($197/sf)- which is probably closer to where they need to be, given they paid $995,000 in 04.
And with the two other La Paloma Dr homes priced at $985 ($278/sf) and $849 ($212/sf), they’re now in a nice tight little price band, sort of.
Sitting way up there in the hills, homes on La Paloma Dr are prized, or have been in the past, for their spectacular city views -though sales this year have been kind of spotty.

One sold in January in 1 day at it’s $1,400,000 list price ($358/sf) and another went for $655,000 ($226/sf) from a $780 list, after 88 days. And one expired the other day at $1,499,000, though I expect it’ll be back soon.
