Interesting...while reading your blog and Googling an address I came across homes.com, under foreclosure which states:
This property in Pima County County will be auctioned soon as a Notice of Trustee Sale (NTS). Auction properties can be great deals but you must move quickly to take advantage of this opportunity.
Is it a foreclosure or a contract pending per TARMLS?

A simply magnificent architecture with spectacular 360 degree views! It will be interesting to see what the new owners snagged the property for ... hope the new owners have deep pockets for finishing out the inside and getting the home in order
