5871 N Pontatoc Rd was listed on May 26th for $749,900.
And about 3 months later it went to contract and then it closed escrow about a month after that. And it sold for $730,000 or 97% of its list price.

And there were no price cuts, it didn’t go in and out of contract, they didn’t try renting it, it wasn’t pulled from the market and re-listed and it wasn’t a short sale or REO. How boring.
