Real Estate Activity in the Tucson Foothills this past week,

With twice as many new contracts and half as many new listings, compared to the week of 11/2-11/6, activity for this week was, at least, 
in a positive direction.

The 12 new contracts went from $245,000, and were fairly evenly spaced, up to $949,000, the solds though, were only in the $3’s, $4’s and $5’s.

And price reductions, 18 from $293,500 to $2,249,000, continue at a robust pace.
