And then - ignoring the collapse of the worlds financial markets, the near shutdown of home sales, the lack of credit, and the fact that homes by the side of the road, if they had sold at all had sold for pennies on the dollar - went ahead anyway and put up a model home. And then tried to sell it and custom builds on the 4 remaining lots.
But nothing yet.
The model is for sale for $285,000-$325,000, it’s 1764 sf/3 Beds/2.5 Baths/2 car/2009 built
