This home is very attractively priced now...but it's large size (nearly 5,000 sq ft) is overwhelming for 95% of the market.
Definitely won't attract the snow-
birds...many who still have some $$ left during this major recession...and not that many full time residents are looking right now for that priced home.
So even at the reduced price it will probably sit out there for some time...and as a short sale the lender should not expect a rush at their doors.
