It’ll be interesting to see what happens since homes sales have not fared very well this year at The Summit. There are two other homes for sale in there, a smaller one at the same price, $1,195,000, but ($370/sf). And another much larger one at $1,749,000, also ($370/sf).
Ok, that’s the lineup and it’s a fairly tight one. But the only home that sold in there this year was a foreclosure that went for list price of $574,900 ($206/sf). I mentioned it when it was listed and again when it went to contract> the good ones don’t last
