leaving 323 homes for sale priced up to $750,000, and 143 from $751,000 to the top of the heap at $6,500,000
and that includes the 61 homes that have been listed since Jan 1 in hopes of seeing a little action in this new year
and the 39 homes that cut their prices, trying a little harder to find a buyer
but without much luck so far
