things are picking up

The other day I said,

… lackluster, that describes our tucson foothills real estate market during these first 8 days of 2011, just 4 contracts in 8 days, blah blah blah,

Well things have picked up some in the last 4 days and we’re now up to 14 homes in contract,

Those in contract are priced $240,000 to $1,200,000 or $502,696 average/$387,000 median. Stay tuned
