tell me the high-end isn’t picking up

The other day I mentioned- ‘there are 13 homes priced at a million $$ or more in contract in the Tucson foothills, and 4 of them are in Pima Canyon alone - and we haven’t had 4 homes in contract in PC since I don’t know when’

Well make that 14 in contract in the foothills with 5 of them in Pima Canyon -
