5680 N Chieftan Trail sold for $430,000 in April 03 and was listed in May 09 for $850,000 ($290/sf). WOW!

But it didn’t sell and it’s still for sale, and after today’s price cut – from $599,000 - it’s now asking $525,000 ($179/sf). And I’ll bet it finally sells at this price.

But looking at sales in Indian Trails Estates from January 2005 thru May 2009 - when it was listed - the highest sale in there was $623,500. So if they woulda, maybe they coulda …
