What’s up with 1714 E Barrel Cactus Court. It expired on June 30th - range priced from $2,998,000 to 3,284,000 - and we haven’t seen hide nor hair of it since.

Hmm, after some snooping of my own, looks like the owner is a billionaire (or at least the son of a billionaire), so I guess you're right on their not needing to sell...(so often whenever anyone says that it usually means the opposite is true, but I guess not in this case, LOL!)
