Why, because it’s a really good deal, you couldn’t build this place for $2 million,

But having said that, I’m still very surprised there were so many ready, willing and able buyers for it. Because its architectural style, which is heavy duty Spanish Colonial, is not, in my experience, a style that is all that popular today.
