46 homes have been listed for sale
42 homes have had price reductions
20 homes have gone under contract
17 homes have sold
505 homes are listed for sale in the Foothills today
These numbers, all down from the last two week period, with fewer new listings, price reductions, etc, reflect what is a normal slowdown during the holidays.
The 20 homes that have gone under contract are priced from $184,500 up to $1,295,000, with the solds ranging from $320,000 up to $995,000, both reflecting a narrower price range at the top end than in recent months.
