OK I give. This is starting to look pretty good.
It's a lender owned (REO) property on Campbell Ave and it was just reduced to $729,900. And at 6342 sq ft that's $115/sf.
It's been on and off the market since 2003, mostly on though, and during that time the price has bounced around from a really silly high of $1,750,000 to it's current $729,900.
I think it's staged in these pictures, but it looks nice doesn't it.
Truth be told, these pictures are from an earlier listing a few years ago. And now it's vacant and a little more beat up. But think of it as, this is how it could look. And at $115/sf, you might have a few bucks left over to tootsie it up.
