And 1813 E Sahuaro Blossom Pl, an old familiar face in Pima Canyon, returned to the market today having dropped $500,000. It first appeared in March 2006 as a new spec home for $3,200,000, where it held for a year. Then, after a bunch of piddly price cuts, it eventually got down to $2,895,000. And now $500,000 lopped off in one swoop, to $2,395,000. What could it be, why have both these home owners had this sudden change of strategy.
And while it’s true that Pima Canyon has been selling better than other luxe Foothills communities, considering how poorly the others have done, that’s not saying all that much. Currently there are 16 for sale in PC & 3 sold in the last 3 months for a very well stocked 16 month supply.
