Houses with indoor pools. Boy oh boy, talk about a tough sale.
If I had a house with an indoor pool and I wanted to sell, I’d give it a shot for a short while.
But I’d make sure, right off the bat, everyone knew it was a
HOUSE WITH INDOOR POOL no mistaking it.
I’ve seen a few of these listed over the years and sometimes the pool is like the elephant in the room, …walled rear yard with cactus, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, sink and more, newer water heater, driveway recently resurfaced, indoor pool, laundry room with washer/dryer, brick floors, newer toilets …
then I’d fill it in, sell the house and move on
