A figure that gives a more complete and accurate picture of how homes are selling. And a figure that is very important to buyers but is, nevertheless, ignored by the real estate industry. Well, ignored, now that homes so often sell for so much less than their original list price.
When homes were selling quickly and for over list- you didn’t have to look very far to find those numbers.
